RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return/Exchange Guidelines
Eligibility: Return requests must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery for online orders.
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
Condition of Items: Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags and labels intact.
Packaging: Please return your items in their original packaging (such as the dust bag, box, etc.) to ensure they are protected during the return process.
Non-eligible Returns: Returns that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to you, and any return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Request a Return: To request a return, please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number in the email, and our customer care team will respond within 2-3 business days.
Return Pickup: If your return is approved, a pickup will be scheduled. An additional shipping fee will apply, depending on your location. Please note that for international shipments, it may take 15+ days for us to receive your return. You can track the status of your return by contacting our customer care team.
Refund Process: Once your return is inspected and accepted by our quality team, your refund will be processed via the same payment method used for the original order, excluding shipping fees. Refunds may take 4-15 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
Exchange Process: After your return is accepted and the product is received in unused condition with all original packaging, we will process your exchange within 3-4 business days. Please note that you will be responsible for any new shipping charges related to the exchange.
